About The RoleUber for Business is growing exponentially, and we are looking for a strong Business Development Representative to drive our business forward at this exciting time. Reporting to the Sales Manager of U4B, you’ll work closely with the other BDRs, Account Executives, Sales Operations, etc., to increase Uber for Business revenue by acquiring private & public sector customers in Spain.We need a highly motivated self-starter, who thrives in a team environment and is a natural problem solver. Our suite of products has multiplied in recent years, so we’re looking for an all-rounder with the ability to sell holistically across an organization with passion, poise, and hustle.
What You'll Do
- Generate new business opportunities to fuel the pipeline in an assigned vertical or territory and partner with assigned Account Executives
- Outbound prospecting via cold calling, email, and marketing campaigns
- Hit assigned Key Performance Metrics that are not limited to, but include 75+ outreaches per day and at least 25+ qualified opportunities built per month.
- Uncover a prospect's business challenges and identify relevant new business opportunities, while highlighting the Uber for Business value proposition
- Conduct high-level conversations with senior executives at targeted accounts
- Develop an in-depth understanding of Uber, industry trends, and competition
- Lead, track, and report on all sales activities and results using Salesforce
- Work closely with sales management to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities for new business
- Collaborate with the sales team to share standard processes and make recommendations to more optimally close sales and ensure customer loyalty
- Work effectively with internal departments to deliver the best solution for the client and ensure a magical experience
- Minimum 1 year of B2B sales/business development experience is highly preferred
- English and Spanish language fluency is required
- A history of consistently exceeding KPIs and activity targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to acquire the necessary information from the prospect, while also ensuring a mutually beneficial conversation
- To be resolute and passionate about a fast-paced team environment
- Excellent organization, project management, and time management skills, and ability to take initiative
