We are hiring a Product Designer to join our Drizly team in Boston! We work closely with product and engineering partners to design and iterate on product solutions for Consumer, Retailer, and SP experiences.In this role, you will support multiple agile teams while also working collaboratively with the Design team including user research and content strategy. You will also partner with engineering to ensure designs are implemented accurately. What You Will Do

• Generate design solutions to complex problems within a user-centered design process.
• Work with PMs to understand business objectives and identify opportunities that improve the user experience.
• Work with software engineers during the build process to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

Basic Qualifications

• 2+ years of product design experience in an agile product organization

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in ecommerce, on-demand delivery, or mobile industries.
• Previous experience working on a consumer-facing product.
• Ability to effectively communicate design rationale to product managers and engineers in a manner that supports business objectives.
• Strong communication and influence over product design strategy.
