Breaking down logistical barriers to care will make healthcare more efficient and potentially save lives.This is why Uber Health was established and this is our passion.The Account Executive for Uber Health is responsible for growing our healthcare business by actively prospecting, presenting, and closing both targeted opportunities and inbound leads. In this role you will sell the Uber Health dashboard: a simple, HIPAA-compliant tool that healthcare organizations can use to coordinate transportation on behalf of their patients.Uber Health is looking for an Account Executive to join our team and grow our partnerships with Health Systems and Government Health Organizations. We''re looking for an exceptionally organized virtual seller who can think strategically while driving scale. What You''ll Do
  • Work cross-functionally with other business units within Uber Health to drive a high volume of revenue-producing customers and partnerships
  • Effectively utilize Salesforce to manage pipeline, report on activity, and project revenue
  • Identify sales process friction points and work with leadership to enable deal acceleration
  • Engage and influence health system leadership, up to and including C-level
  • Build a monthly pipeline of 20 health system & government use case opportunities for Uber Health through net new prospecting, current customer expansion, and inbound lead qualification
  • Close 40 revenue-generating opportunities within the first 6 months
  • Meaningful progress with 4 or more RFP/RFI/RFQ opportunities, and/or GPO contracting engagements
  • Succeed in Virtual selling, while utilizing sales tools including Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Definitive
Basic Qualifications
  • 3+ years in a full sales cycle role: prospecting, pitching & closing in a technology environment
  • Experience condensing a health system sales cycle from years to months
  • Experience completing RFPs, & Vendor Registration processes
  • Experience launching a new product
Preferred Qualifications
  • 4+ years of B2B sales experience
  • Familiarity with Health System operations, clinical workflow, and decision-making hierarchy within health systems and IDNs
  • Experience with GPOs preferred
  • Experience launching a product without reimbursement
For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is $87,500 per year - $97,250 per year.For New York City, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is $97,000 per year - $108,000 per year.For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is $97,000 per year - $108,000 per year.For Washington, DC-based roles: The base salary range for this role is $97,000 per year - $108,000 per year.For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber''s bonus program, and may be offered sales bonuses & other types of comp.
