About The RoleThe Community Operations organization at Uber is responsible for delivering outstanding customer support to riders, drivers, eaters, and couriers. Document review is a critical step to ensure Uber’s platform safety and deliver a magnificent user experience. The Service Quality, Risk, and Compliance team will be responsible for conducting high-priority reviews to ensure compliance by examining documents and providing recommendations for process improvement. What You’ll Do
  • Optimally implement all daily doc reviews ensuring sufficient day-to-day delivery for all assigned docs/tasks. Have a strong eye for detail when reviewing all Potential Breach Reports/docs ahead of submission and be reliable in completing follow-up actions.
  • Assist with the ramp-up of new hires by providing training and mentoring while also providing refresher training for existing team members when needed
  • Be actively involved in actioning process improvements by driving the promotion of change, working with cross-functional teams to improve our team's processes
  • Be a knowledge guide in every area of your specialization to assist in critical issues and trends daily.
  • Support with the pilot and process, and knowledge roll-out
  • Overlook any ad-hoc audit requests being completed by the team, ensuring to flag any issues encountered and making sure the team is staying on track
What You’ll Need
  • Fluent in French & English both reading and writing (mandatory)
  • Experience working in a highly meticulous environment, demonstrating a high degree of diligence and accountability
  • Exceptional, written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional reading and interpretation ability, attention to detail
  • Process-driven. You are interested in improving team processes, optimizing, and reducing waste on the team.
  • Analytical. You can make sense of data sets to advise product or process decisions and become comfortable with queries and Google Sheets.
  • A teammate. You are a great teammate and lead by example.
  • Motivated. You understand the impact of the work completed on the team, and you are ready to invest your efforts in producing timely results.
  • Passion for driving quality and process improvement. Confident presenting feedback and findings to partners
  • Proficiency in productivity tools (email, calendar), Google Suite or Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
