Uber ETS – Account Manager

About the Role

Uber for Business is building the future of employee transportation, helping organizations deliver safe, reliable, and seamless mobility experiences for their employees. As we continue to scale ETS, we're looking for an Account Manager to own the day-to-day management of enterprise customer accounts. You will ensure operational excellence across assigned accounts by driving service performance, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing customer reporting, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

What the Candidate Will Do

Account Operations

  • Own the day-to-day management of assigned enterprise accounts.
  • Monitor account health, service levels, and operational KPIs to ensure a consistently high-quality customer experience.
  • Proactively identify operational issues, drive resolution, and communicate progress to customers.

Customer Engagement

  • Build strong working relationships with customer stakeholders and become their trusted operational partner.
  • Conduct regular operational reviews and governance meetings.
  • Prepare performance reports, dashboards, and business insights for customers.

Cross-functional Coordination

  • Work closely with Central Operations, Fleet Partners, Product, Support, Finance, and other internal teams to deliver customer commitments.
  • Coordinate launches, service enhancements, and operational improvements.
  • Track action items and ensure timely execution across stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement

  • Analyze operational data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Drive initiatives to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and SLA performance.
  • Capture customer feedback and partner with Product teams to influence future enhancements.

What the Candidate Will Need

  • 2–4 years of experience in account management, operations, program management, consulting, or mobility/logistics.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Working knowledge of SQL is preferred.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing enterprise/B2B customers.
  • Experience in mobility, transportation, logistics, or operations.
  • Experience preparing executive reports and customer governance reviews.
  • Experience working across multiple cross-functional teams.
