About the Role

The Consumer Product & Operations Lead for LatAm Delivery is a senior leader within the Consumer & Growth organization, responsible for defining and driving the region’s product and strategic agenda to solve LatAm’s most important consumer and marketplace challenges.

This role sits at the intersection of LatAm Operations and global Product & Tech teams. You will identify and prioritize the region’s highest-impact opportunities, translate them into compelling product and strategic initiatives, and build the insights, business cases, and cross-functional alignment needed to influence the global product roadmap and unlock new solutions for LatAm.

You will also own the path from strategy to impact. Partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Finance, Legal, CRM, and Global and Local Operations teams, you will shape solutions, design experiments, lead launches, drive adoption, measure performance, and scale successful products, capabilities, and operating models across the region.

Your portfolio will span areas including Pricing, Promotions, XLOB/One Consumer, Affordability, in-app experience, Deliverability, and Delivery Options—covering some of the most important levers shaping the consumer experience and marketplace performance in LatAm.

You will lead a senior team of Product Champions, setting clear priorities and building a strong operating model to move the region’s most important opportunities from problem identification and solution design through experimentation, launch, optimization, and scale.

What You’ll Do

  • Set the LatAm product and strategic agenda: Identify and prioritize the region’s most important consumer and marketplace opportunities, balancing consumer impact, business value, market needs, competitive dynamics, and Product & Tech constraints.

  • Influence the global Product & Tech roadmap: Translate LatAm’s highest-priority challenges into clear product opportunities backed by consumer insights, data, and rigorous business cases to influence global prioritization, investment, and product development.

  • Lead high-impact regional initiatives: Own strategic projects that address critical consumer and marketplace opportunities, developing new solutions, operating models, and processes that can be tested, optimized, and scaled across LatAm.

  • Turn complex problems into scalable solutions: Structure ambiguous consumer and marketplace challenges, identify root causes, and partner with Product, Tech, and Operations teams to design solutions that address local needs while creating regional or global scale.

  • Drive products and initiatives from experimentation to scale: Define hypotheses, market selection, success metrics, and rollout strategies; ensure operational readiness; and lead experimentation, launch, adoption, measurement, iteration, and scaling.

  • Lead and develop a senior Product Champion team: Set clear priorities and accountability across the portfolio while raising the bar on product thinking, analytical rigor, structured problem solving, stakeholder management, and execution.

  • Build strong cross-functional partnerships: Establish trusted relationships with senior leaders across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Finance, Legal, CRM, and Operations, creating effective mechanisms to connect regional insights with global product development and regional execution.

  • Drive measurable consumer and business impact: Establish clear success metrics and operating cadences to assess performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure product and strategic investments translate into meaningful outcomes.

  • Represent LatAm in global product decisions: Bring a deep understanding of LatAm consumers, markets, and competitive dynamics into global discussions, ensuring the region’s needs and opportunities are reflected in product strategy, prioritization, development, and execution.
