About the Role
The Product & Projects Operations role is a strategic position within the Delivery Merchant Operations team, focused on shaping and executing product strategies that improve the merchant experience across LatAm.
In this role, you will act as a key bridge between Product, LatAm Central Operations, and Commercial teams, identifying merchant and marketplace opportunities, translating operational insights and data into product recommendations, and supporting the rollout and adoption of new products and features across the region.
Beyond product initiatives, you will lead cross-functional strategic projects aimed at improving Merchant Quality, Growth, and Marketplace Experience, helping build scalable solutions and processes that deliver measurable business impact.
What You’ll Do
Influence product strategy through data and insights. Partner with Merchant Product teams and key stakeholders to identify opportunities, conduct data-driven analyses, and develop recommendations that help shape product solutions addressing key merchant and marketplace challenges.
Identify and prioritize product opportunities. Proactively identify new features, product improvements, and operational opportunities that can enhance merchant quality, growth, and experience. Assess potential impact and partner with Product and Operations teams to bring the most relevant solutions to LatAm.
Drive product launches and adoption. Partner with Product, Central Operations, and local teams to plan and execute product rollouts across LatAm, ensuring operational readiness, stakeholder alignment, adoption, and measurement of results.
Lead strategic cross-functional projects. Design and execute initiatives with cross-functional partners to improve processes, tools, and operational capabilities, from problem definition and analysis through implementation and scaling.
Measure impact and continuously optimize. Define success metrics, monitor product and project performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate learnings into actionable recommendations.
Build strong cross-functional partnerships. Develop productive relationships across Operations, Product, Commercial, Customer Support, Policy, Legal, and other relevant teams to scope, test, implement, and scale initiatives.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders. Maintain clear and timely communication on product launches and strategic initiatives, presenting recommendations, findings, results, and trade-offs to local, regional, and global stakeholders to support decision-making.
What You'll Need
Basic Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in business consulting, operations, product operations, product management, project/program management, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and experience working with reports, experiments, business metrics, or analytical models. Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and/or business intelligence tools.
Hands-on experience with AI tools in a professional environment, with demonstrated ability to use them to improve productivity, analysis, problem-solving, or execution.
Strong business judgment and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analyses into clear, concise, and compelling insights and recommendations for different audiences.
Strong project or program management capabilities, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver high-quality results in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.

Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams, navigate different priorities, and drive collaboration toward shared outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a high-growth technology company, startup, marketplace, or other fast-scaling environment.
Experience partnering directly with Product and Engineering teams to influence product roadmaps, launch new features, or operationalize product solutions.
Experience working across regional and global teams in a highly cross-functional environment.
Experience managing product launches or strategic initiatives across multiple markets.
Familiarity with marketplace, e-commerce, delivery, merchant, or platform-based business models.
