What you’ll do
- Partner with senior stakeholders to lead the end-to-end recruiting process, from defining the hiring strategy to negotiating and closing complex offers.
- Navigate ambiguity and shifting business needs to build diverse talent pipelines for Finance and Talent Acquisition across North America.
- Analyze recruitment data—including conversion rates and time-in-stage—to identify bottlenecks and provide actionable insights to hiring managers.
- Advise hiring teams on effective assessment methods, ensuring we maintain a high talent bar while providing an outstanding candidate experience.
- Lead strategic projects to innovate our recruitment processes, unblocking hiring hurdles and improving how we attract top-tier talent.
- Manage a high-volume portfolio of requisitions with urgency and discipline, ensuring every candidate and stakeholder feels supported through the "Uber-speed" of our growth.
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in recruitment or a related human resources field.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with high-volume hiring needs.
- Proven ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing to final offer negotiations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in Finance or R4R (Recruiting for Recruiters) talent acquisition.
- Proficiency with ICIMS or other enterprise Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong data literacy with experience using metrics to influence business decisions and predict hiring outcomes.
- Demonstrated success in building diverse teams and navigating senior-level stakeholder relationships.

For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD $97,000 per year - USD $108,000 per year.
You will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in a 401(k) plan. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
