Yotpo is looking for a Director of Product Management to lead its Loyalty business line Product team and efforts end to end.
As the Loyalty Director of Product, reporting to Loyalty GM, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing Yotpo’s market-leading Loyalty solution’s vision, strategy, and roadmap to accelerate its growth. You will be responsible for the direction of Yotpo's flagship product and driving its development and success. You will also lead a team of senior product managers and hire new ones.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales, to deliver exceptional products and features that drive customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and market differentiation.
Product Vision and Strategy: Define the strategic direction of Yotpo's flagship product, aligning it with the company's overall vision and objectives.
End-to-End Product Ownership: Define the product roadmap from ideation to development and launch, ensuring that product development and execution align with business goals and customer needs.
Prioritization and Milestones: Continuously assess business needs, establish priorities, define milestones and deliverables, and proactively identify opportunities and risks.
Team Leadership: Lead, hire, and mentor a team of senior product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Data-driven decision-making: Utilize customer usage data, interviews, market research, UX insights, and adoption metrics to identify, design, experiment, and iterate on product decisions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with technical and business teams, as well as other product leaders within Yotpo, to ensure seamless product delivery and integration within the broader Yotpo Platform.
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated strong leadership and mentorship capabilities.
Management Experience: 5+ of track record in product leadership role, successfully leading a SaaS B2B/B2B2C solution e2e.
Product Management Expertise: x+ years of product management experience in a technology-focused company.
Scaling Experience: Experience with products serving a large customer base, collaborating effectively with other product groups.
Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
