As a Product Manager for Yotpo Subscriptions, your role is to assist E-commerce brands in developing a thriving subscription business while ensuring an outstanding experience for their customers. You'll tackle fundamental customer challenges and guide teams to create exceptional experiences through rapid iteration.

You'll partner with a dedicated R&D team that lives and breathes the product and is eager to collaborate with you to make our vision come true.

Responsibilities

  • Constantly seek opportunities to make a positive impact on our customers' lives.
  • Own a product domain roadmap and contribute to the product-line strategy.
  • Lead new product concepts through launch, continuous discovery, and iteration.
  • Collaborate with customers, designers, engineers, data folks and customer-facing teams to create intuitive and delightful experiences.
  • Cultivate great internal relationships and drive complex, cross-functional projects.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a product manager (the more the better) in a software company, working directly with customers, an in-house R&D team, and UX designers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
  • Significant experience in driving initiatives that focus on UX and customer experience, whether in web or mobile.
  • Fearless when it comes to any technical concept or challenge.
  • Enjoy diving into areas with a lot of details and making sense out of them.
