In this influential role as Director of Consultant Relations - North East, you will help drive Color’s growth by developing, implementing, nurturing, and growing strategic partnerships with benefit consultants. This role reports directly to our VP of Sales & Strategic Partnerships and partners closely with our entire GTM team.

How You'll Contribute:

  • Focused on firms in the North East - You will own strategic consultant partnership strategy and execution including developing a territory business plan, consultant partner playbook, developing 1:1 relationships with key partners in your target geography, and representing Color at conferences and events
  • Introduce the Color comprehensive cancer solution to commercial partners in the benefits space and have the ability to present and demo our solution at a highly professional level
  • Negotiate and manage execution of commercial partnership agreements and data requests
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Health Plan Partnerships, Commercial Partnerships, Client Success, Clinical, and Product teams to ensure a seamless experience for our commercial partners
  • Generate significant top-of-the-funnel opportunities.
  • Work with sales to help mature deals to closure.

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Established consultant and firm relationships across the North East.
  • Demonstrated experience in complex commercial partnerships and/or B2B healthcare market
  • Entrepreneurial with an ability to create and follow plans yet flexible enough to respond to change while balancing multiple projects and priorities
  • Previous experience negotiating contracts
  • Strong project management & organization skills: from your email inbox habits to your time management, to the information you juggle about people, teams, clients, and products
  • Strong and efficient communicator (both written and verbal)
  • Desire to learn, grow and develop as an influential and highly impactful sales leader and mentor to commercial colleagues
  • Passionate about the intersection of technology and healthcare
  • Willing to travel 25-50%

Base Salary Range: $150,000 - $190,000
The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: work experience, market data, skills, geographic location, and business need. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, and benefits.
